Summary of Arts Partnership ProjectGFWC is collecting used watches and $1 per watch and submitting names of donators to the AMP. The watches, collected from GFWC members across the USA, will be incorporated into the mural and spell GFWC.
Each contributor’s name will be included in the mural. This symbolizes our dedication to volunteerism and the hours we have donated in support of GFWC volunteerism in our communities.
For submission of watches and $1 per watch, please complete this excel spreadsheet.
Once printed make a copy of completed spreadsheet for your records and mail the original spreadsheet, the watches and the check for donation ($used to embed the watch in resin) to:

Ladies,
If clubs wish to include the Search Dog Foundation in their reports for 2010 the clubs must make their donations before the end of the reporting period. The reporting period is January 1 - December 31. If this is not possible and they intend to donate to this important cause, they may inform me of their intentions and have a copy of the donated check to me before the February CFWC Boards. The very latest is the first day of the CFWC Boards so that I may give a total raised at the Search Dog Demonstration at the Friday luncheon.
