WHAT IT TAKES FOR A CLUB WEBSITE!
HOME PAGE – Introduction information about your club
OFFICERS – Pictures and office and bio if desired
MEMBERSHIP – Can be a description of various meetings or how to join
EVENTS/PROJECTS – Pictures and events and projects done or
upcoming or both
SCHOLARSHIP – information on the scholarships you provide and those
who have won
REPORTING – Form for reports. Can be on another page
PHOTOS – self explanatory
CALENDAR – self explanatory. Should have all local, district and state
CONTACT PAGE – very necessary to get new members. This will have
the email of the most likely person to respond.
All of these can be combined with other pages depending on how many pages you have on your site.
HOW TO USE THE WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD OR COPY AND PASTE
Click on the file that you want to open and it will open the PDF in a new window so you can look at it. The whole yearbook is on the first file.
If you want to copy something, it is possible to copy and paste into a new file. Just open your Word file, then go back to the PDF and copy the portion you want and then paste into your word file. It will be in a format you can change, including the older versions, just be sure to pick the format before you try to save.
